Whole30 – Week 5 Meal Plan

The final few days of our Whole30 journey are coming to and end. I’m a little be sad to see it end but also a little excited, not just because I can eat stuff I used to eat. I’m excited because I’ve learned so much about my body and about how foods react with my body. We are going to finish out the week strong even if our Whole30 has ended, my meal plan will still be Whole30 approved!

MondayDay 28
Breakfast: Eggs
Lunch: Avocado Chicken Salad
Dinner: Slow Cooker Split Chicken Breasts with Onions and Mushrooms

TuesdayDay 29
Breakfast: Eggs & Canadian Bacon
Lunch: Ham and Hard Boiled Eggs
Dinner: Skirt Steak Fajitas

Wednesday Day 30
Breakfast: Eggs & Bacon
Lunch: Leftovers or Turkey
Dinner: Slow Cooker Bean-less Chili

Thursday
Breakfast: Eggs
Lunch: Leftover Chili
Dinner: Balsamic Flat Iron Steak Salad
