Slow Cooker Split Chicken Breast with Onions and Mushrooms

Servings 2


  • 1 Sliced Onions
  • 1 cup Sliced Mushrooms
  • 2 Large Bone-in Split Chicken Breasts skin removed
  • 1 cups Chicken Broth
  • Thyme
  • Salt and Pepper


  1. Line bottom of slow cooker with onions.
  2. Place Chicken breasts on top of the onions
  3. Top Chicken Breasts with mushrooms
  4. Pour the Chicken Broth around the edge of the slow cooker
  5. Add Thyme, Salt and Pepper
  6. Cook on low for 6-8 hours
