Berry Nut Butter Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 tbsp nut butter of choice
  • 1-2 cups milk (cow, almond, soy)
  • 1/2 tbsp chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Add frozen banana, berries, nut butter and chia seed to blender.

  2. Pour in desired amount of milk and blend until smooth, add additional milk until you reach the desired consistency.
