Over the holidays our meals were sort of all over the place between elaborate meals, dining with family and going out I didn’t make a weekly meal plan for a few weeks. But alas the new year is coming and I’m going to start strong with a meal plan for the week.
Sunday – Rotisserie chicken + Veggies
Monday – Pot Roast with Veggies
Tuesday – NYE Appetizer Dinner
Wednesday – Black Bean and Sweet Potato Burrito
Thursday – Pesto Chicken Pasta
Saturday – Chicken Fajitas
