It’s the season of freshly sharpened pencils and crisp fall mornings which means back-to-school for all the kids. We pack lunches for our kids every day and I try to switch up their lunches often while trying to keep them well-rounded. Whenever possible I like to pack their lunches the day before to insure they get a well balanced and healthful meal.
