Peach Apple Smoothie

· ·

Did you know, March 16 is Incredible Kid Day? I have 4 Incredible Kids that love to help me create delicious food in the kitchen.

My boys love to create new recipes with me in the kitchen. I find they are more willing to try new foods and flavors when they take part in making the food. We’ve recently been trying out new smoothie recipes. My kids love smoothies and it’s a great way to incorporate a lot of fruits and vegetables into our diets all while tasting delicious.

The boys have created a new smoothie recipe using Juicy Juice.

Peach Apple Smoothie

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen peaches
  • 1/2 cup Juicy Juice Peach Apple juice
  • 6 ounces vanilla yogurt
  • 1/4 cup oatmeal-not cooked
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 5 ice cubes

Add ingredients in the order listed above to the smoothie cup. Blend on low speed until large pieces are broken up. Finish on high speed until well blended.

Kid-tested and Kid approved. My husband said it tasted like drinking a pie… I think that’s a win.

Juicy Juice has a lot of fun with flavor. Food Network Star Jeff Mauro is helping families discover a world of flavor using Juicy Juice products in some pretty awesome ways. Check out a few other creative kid friendly Juicy Juice recipes:
