Epic fun with the LeapFrog Epic

·

The newest children’s tablet from LeapFrog is the LeapFrog Epic. What makes the LeapFrog Epic unique is the completely playable homescreen. Children can bring a town to life, using various art styles that reflect their age and mood. They can watch their world turn from day to night, change the weather, add animated characters and discover a new surprise every day.

The LeapFrog Epic allows you to easily access exclusive content like games, apps, eBooks and more from the LeapFrog App Center. You can select games automatically adjusted to the skill level and curriculum your child prefers. Every app is LeapFrog certified to ensure there are no in-app purchases, no harmful third party ads and only age -appropriate experiences.

Parents can also maintain control over what their child can access online with the LeapSearch browser which gives kids access to only pre-selected, kid-safe web content. When your child is ready you can add new websites or unlock an unrestricted, open browser.

You can also manager when and how long your child plays on the Epic with top of the line parental controls.

What I love specifically love about the LeapFrog Epic is the easy of use. All of my kid quickly picked up how to navigate the operating system. They love the customizeable homescreen. I also really love the parent controls. I can set different setting for different children profiles. It gives me peace of mind when they are browsing on LeapSearch to know that the content they are viewing it totally kid-friendly and appropriate.

Jude, 7, is addicted to the Word of the Day. He begs to log in every morning so he can check out the new word.

Noah, 4, loves the game, Cooking! Recipes on the Road (a free demo is included on the LeapFrog Epic).

Simon, 3, loves the Music selection, specifically Scout’s Jukebox.
