This past week was rough. Not necessarily because of food but I’ve just felt off and unmotivated to do anything on a computer. We’ve done pretty well sticking to our paleo meal plan I just haven’t documented much of anything.
I made some yummy beef and broccoli stir fry over cauliflower rice, it was the first time I had cauliflower rice turn out well. I thank my new food processor for that!
And of course we’ve been indulging in Joe’s delicious paleo chicken wings.
But mostly I’ve been spending a lot of time relaxing and enjoying my children. When I’m feeling down, like I have been for the past week or so, I find that spending time with my family is good for the soul. Sometimes all of my commitments can get overwhelming and I just need to take a step back and enjoy life.
