Yesterday Joe and I took the boys to Pullen Park as part of our staycation fun. They have a wonderful cafe that serves fresh, local food where I’m sure we could have found something paleo-friendly to eat but we are trying to save money so I packed us a lunch. Plus they have great picnic spots.
I packed a big lunch for Joe and I to share.
- Sliced Cucumbers
- Baby Carrots
- Apple Slices
- Raw Almonds
- Turkey and Ham
- NuttZo Seven Nut and Seed Butter Crunchy Peanut Free Organic
It was a great lunch but I should have probably packed a little more of everything, I could have eaten a little more. Also, it was our first time trying Nuttzo butter and it’s awesome. We are branching out and trying new nut butters and this one might be my new favorite.
What is your quick on-the-go Paleo lunch?
THat lunch looks great!! Always looking for fresh and healthy alternatives to just plain old boring sandwiches. Definitely putting this on my list. Thanks for joining Pin It Forward Fridays! Pinning this now :o)
Thanks Denise. I love that eating Paleo has taught me to think outside the box when packing lunches.
The Paleo Diet is not presented as just a diet, but as a lifestyle
choice. The apple seed can thus potentially sprout
into an apple tree. The diet varies from one
Mediterranean country to another.
The other factors include attractive offers, freebies and customer support offered
by these digital TV providers. And personally I’ve never been a big fan of using social media as a marketing
method. Punk battles Truth and Miz, and simultaneously landed
a bull dog and clothesline on Truth and Miz.
