The recipe is so easy it’s ridiculous.
- Thoroughly wash and dry the okra (make sure it’s dry or it could become slimy while cooking).
- Wrap a slice of bacon around the okra
- Fry in a pan over Medium or Medium/High Heat (the same way you fry bacon).
- Rotate the okra to fry all sides of the bacon until crispy
Now wasn’t that easy?
I wasn’t sure if the okra would be good if I cooked it that way but I figured, there’s always bacon. Luckily it came out delicious.
