One end of the cloth has a open pocket to catch messes the other end has velcro which allows you to attach it to most anything. I really love the velcro attachment because you can connect it to yourself and use it as a nursing cover or attach it to a stroller or carseat to ensure you won’t lose baby’s blanket.
