Walkers Shortbread Goes Above and Beyond

So here is a completely awesome and true story.

My great grandfather LOVES Walkers Shortbread cookies. He grew up in Scotland which is where Walkers originated. He also just celebrated his 100th birthday.

Now my aunt works as a call center representative for an online retailer. Recently, she was taking an order and learned that the caller worked for Walkers Shortbread Canada.  My aunt shared about my great grandfather’s love for Walkers. 

Walkers Canada was delighted to learn of such a long time fan that they sent my Great Grandfather a few samples for his personal consumption and a large assortment of cookies for the entire nursing home in which he lives.
How awesome is that? 

Thanks Walkers Shortbread Canada for being so awesome and sending cookies to my Great Grandfather.
